LEED-certified, the City of Greenfield Community Center is a sustainable facility serving as a hub for recreation, education, and community gathering. The 20,000 sf building will house a gymnasium, locker rooms, weight room, nutrition center, teaching kitchen, classrooms, offices, and storage rooms, supporting diverse community programs. The site design includes a multiuse sports field, playground, outdoor plaza with a shade structure, landscaped pathways, seating areas, and parking for 100 vehicles. Sustainability features include bioswales, a rain-harvesting tank, and efficient irrigation, ensuring environmentally responsible water management. This facility provides a vibrant, eco-conscious space for residents to gather, learn, and stay active while showcasing Greenfield’s commitment to sustainability and community well-being.
