The Star Hotel renovation project focuses on transforming the historic property into a space that meets modern standards while preserving its charm. A total of 3 ground floor storefronts were added to house retail and office spaces, creating opportunities for commercial activity. On the second floor, a new common area was added that offers a welcoming shared space for residents and guests. Other improvements included accessibility upgrades, installation of an elevator, and new single-use restrooms. These upgrades collectively modernized the Star Hotel to improve its presense on a downtown Lodi street.
