Serving as a trucking dispatch for local agriculture and construction activities, the new office aims to provide a pleasant and sustainable working environment for its employees. The building features natural light throughout. A light shelf, provided on the south-facing elevation, controls daylighting and defuses direct light entering the space. Metal building coordination was a key feature of the design. Steel beams are exposed throughout, vaulting the interior spaces, and opening up to clerestory windows right under the roof line.
