California Reserve is a small winery nestled along the curving, tree-lined banks of the Mokelumne River in Lodi. The production building represents phase 1 of development among 25 acres of prime vineyards. The two-story, 10,500-square-foot agricultural building provides work areas, tank rooms, barrel storage, cool storage, a kitchen, office space, and a conference room. A 2,300-square-foot crush pad adjacent to the building provides a covered, shaded space for efficient control of production. A future 9,500-square-foot wine cave is planned adjacent to the production space.
