7th Street Village is a mixed-use 6-story affordable housing development that will be located in downtown Modesto with a focus on providing services and affordable living to an underserved community. The project consists of 79 apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms with an elevated residence courtyard, a Head Start program, a community center, a corner market, and a leasing office.
